Juan Torres
Founder/CEO
Juan has 15 years’ experience across finance, infrastructure and renewables.Juan was previously the 2nd largest individual shareholder in Palisade Investment Partners ($6 bn AUM, direct infrastructure assets across 23 businesses). Juan has extensive board experience spanning airports, ports, gas pipelines, bulk liquid storage businesses, waste treatment facilities, wind solar farms. Juan's previous experience was with Macquarie and PwC.
Lawrence W. Lepard
Chairman, Board of Directors
Lawrence founded Equity Management Associates, LLC (EMA) in 2006. EMA is an equity investment management firm that invests in growing private and public companies located around the world. Since 2008, EMA has focused on investing in companies which mine the monetary metals, gold and silver. Larry presently serves on the Board of Directors of two development-stage gold and bitcoin mining companies: Millenial LLC (Cleveland) and Rise Gold Corp. (California). He has been a frequent guest of many media outlets including Bloomberg Television for his expertise on the monetary metals market. Prior to founding EMA, he spent 13 years at Geocapital Partners (Geo) in Fort Lee, NJ. There, he was one of two Managing General Partners and was responsible for four venture capital funds, aggregating ~$500 million. Larry was a General Partner in Summit I and Summit II and invested and/or served on the boards of Chips & Technologies and Software Spectrum, among other investments.
Jeff Booth

Jeff Booth is a visionary leader who has lived at the forefront of technology change for 20 years. He led BuildDirect, a technology company that aimed to simplify the building industry, for nearly two decades through the dot-com meltdown, the 2008 financial crisis, and many waves of technological disruption. Jeff has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, Inc.com, The Globe and Mail, BNN, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Bloomberg, TIME, and The Wall Street Journal. In 2015, he was named BC Technology Industry Association’s (BCTIA) Person of the Year, and in 2016 Goldman Sachs named him among its 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs. Jeff have played a pivotal role as a consultant and member of the board of Millenial LLC for up to a year. His zeal for success and assistance to lots of startup companies have brought economic growth/value to lots of communities both in the technology and medical world
Ignacia Galindo
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Ignascia is a senior executive, lawyer and company secretary with 25 years’ experience in corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, infrastructure projects and regulator engagement across multiple jurisdictions and in listed organisations. Ignascia was previously General Counsel and/or Company Secretary at ME Bank, Jetstar Airways, Billabong International and Epic Energy, and has also held senior legal positions with Alinta Energy, ExxonMobil and QGC..
Dave Shaw
Chief Operating Officer
Dave has 30 years experience working across the energy, utilities and resources sectors in the Asia Pac and North America. David is a strategic and operational leader with an extensive background in delivering a portfolio of projects and reliable operations. Dave was most recently SVP Asia Pac East of Wood's Operations Division delivering multi-million dollar critical services to complex and diverse industries.

Glenn has 14 years’ experience across finance, resources and commodities. Glenn was most recently APAC COO and Division Director for Commodity Markets and Finance at Macquarie Group.
Kent Draper
Vice President – Commercial
Kent has 15+ years’ experience in investment banking and financing in infrastructure, power & renewables. Kent was most recently Vice President at First Solar, leading ~$8bn+ of investments and financings in the US and AsiaPac.
